I love this – Simon Sinek’s simple but powerful model for inspirational leadership — starting with a golden circle and the question “Why?” His examples include Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers but can be easily applied to your non-profit organization. He tells us that “people don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.” Have you defined your “Why”?
Why do you do what you do? What’s your purpose? What gets you out of bed in the morning? And, why should anyone care? If your organization is not inspired, it certainly can be! Watch the video and let me know what you think.
